Welcome to 3D Products Web Site. 3D Products provides this Site as a service to its customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site. Please note that your use of our Site creates an agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
3D Products reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the 3D Products web site following any such changes establishes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this web site.
Usage Restrictions
No right, title or interest in any content or materials is transferred to you as a result of any such activities. 3D Products reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any content you download, reproduce, print, redistribute or store from this web site
Pricing Policy
At 3D Products, our commitment is to offer quality New Zealand made products.
Where a quotation is given by 3D Products the quotation shall be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The quotation shall be exclusive of GST and Freight unless otherwise noted. Where goods or services are required in addition to the quotation or are varied the customer agrees to pay for the additional costs of such variation.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Fabrics or Paint as shown on the site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information of the 3D Products web site may contain typographical, numerical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you are therefore purchasing a product to fit a space, please provide the dimensions of your existing space for us to confirm and manufacture accordingly.
Delivery
Prices on this website do not include freight. Freight charges will be applied at confirmation of order or displayed on the shopping cart and at checkout if ordering online.
Please note only our standard sized boards are currently available to purchase online via PayPal using the ‘Order and Pay Now” option.
All other products however are available to order via “Order now” and pay via Account, Credit Card, Or Account Transfer, once the order is submitted, 3D will then liaise with you to organise the best delivery option for your order requirements and advise freight costs. You can then confirm the order.
Delivery times are 3-7 business days from the time of order for most standard boards. Furniture and other items will generally be 2 – 4 weeks, please advice should you have an urgent requirement, as we will do our utmost to manage this expectation. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the Freight provider. All deliveries are made by registered courier and/or Furniture Cartage contractors and will require a signature. We do not fill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

3D Products shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations if the cause of the delay or failure is beyond its control, but we shall try to communicate any such delays as soon as possible.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 7 working days of Dispatch confirmation so that we may assist you.
Please note: All deliveries MUST be inspected for freight damage within 8 hours of receiving goods to ensure a freight claim can be lodged and replacement goods supplied.

Returns and refunds policy
Subject to legislative requirements which cannot be altered by contract, and at our discretion, customers are entitled to receive a replacement or refund or equivalent amount of credit, if they receive goods that are over or short supplied, not ordered, damaged or faulty. Notification must be made to 3D Products within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Failure to advise the Customer Service department within 3 days may result in your request being declined.
Please note: All deliveries MUST be inspected for freight damage within 8 hours of receiving goods to ensure a freight claim can be lodged and replacement goods supplied.
Once approved, 3D Products will advise and provide you with details of how to return the goods. Goods should not be returned without contacting and receiving advice and details for returns, goods returned without notification may not be liable for credit.
Approved returned goods must be received by 3D products, complete and in the original packaging and condition in which they were delivered to you, for a credit to be issued.
If you change your mind about a product after delivery, we may at our discretion provide you with a refund or an equivalent amount in credit. In all instances we will charge a restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced value. A return request must be made to our Customer Service department within 3 days of receipt of goods. All Freight costs will be charged.
All returned goods must be received complete and undamaged for the claim to be processed.
Cancellation policy
Had a change of heart?
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation. All you need to do is advise us via email or phone. Once 3D Products has acknowledged receipt of your order cancellation, a full refund transaction will be arranged with you.
Warranty information
12 months Manufacturers’ Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In order for your claim to be processed in an efficient timely manner please follow the warranty claims process as out lined below.

This warranty does not obligate 3D products to bear transportation costs incurred in the repair or replacement of any defective parts and excludes any superficial scratches, dents, scrapes or blemishes to paintwork or timber surfaces. This Warranty does not cover faults or defects caused by:

Unsuitable, improper use

Incorrect installation or installation not in accordance with instructions provided;

Normal wear and tear;

Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance;

Chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences; or

Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners used on product finishes.
